Messaging toolkit for the Global Clean Energy Network

SEP, in our role leading strategic comms for GCEN, mapped prevalent anti-RE narratives identified by partner organisations across our working countries. We conducted polling and audience research in 12 countries to understand which narratives and messages were most effective with a range of audiences, segmented demographically and by values and voting intention. Using the data we collected we developed a messaging toolkit to counter disinformation narratives, and provided narrative guidance at country level to our partners.
