We asked citizens in France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Spain and the UK about their country’s energy mix. The poll revealed widespread distrust of both Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump to meet energy needs, and a decisive preference for homegrown renewable energy over imported fossil fuels.
Working with award-winning polling agency Opinium, we surveyed people in 12 countries and found widespread support for the renewable energy transition. Here are the results from South Africa, Nigeria, Japan, Indonesia, Brazil, Colombia, US, UK, Canada, Mexico, France and Germany.
